Last newsletter of 2019
I've been posting a weekly update on my instagram every Sunday, so maybe follow to see what I do around Perth!
Thought you guys who don't follow me on instagram might like to hear what I've been doing and see a little catch me up.
Twenty nineteen
Well this year I headed back to YWAM Perth, I did the Primary Health Care school and became
a primary health care worker for developing nations, went to Africa for the
first time- 10/10 would recommend going to Malawi. My baby brother was born
while I was in Malawi, he’s pretty darn cute, and already trying to walk!
I went home fund raised for four months, and then headed back to Perth beginning of November to join staff.
I went home fund raised for four months, and then headed back to Perth beginning of November to join staff.
I feel like I finally hit full circle, after three years of
schools and breaks: I’m finally staffing a school!
Adjusting to staff has had a couple rough patches, but it’s
also been really good. I don’t know how to describe adjusting, people keep
asking how I’m going and I really don’t know what to say. It’s been its own
learning curb, learning where documents and donations are kept, how to address healthcare
concerns that students/staff come with, what weekly schedules look like, doing
phase one, what does report back look like when you’re not in a school, Christmas
as staff, adjusting to moving into a house, what it looks like to have more people
move in but also people going on outreach or holidays. People coming in and going
out a lot is part of YWAM, sometimes it’s a little hard because you want to
have people you see everyday and get to know them slowly, but you really have
to be quiet intentional with relationship and how you spend your time. Sometimes
it feels a little chaotic, I love my consistency and schedules and that just
doesn’t always happen, which is okay, learning how to go with the flow but also
be intentional is the challenge.

| Was I eating breakfast and I felt the need to send my face to someone I love? ...yes Is this how I intend to face 2020 and whatever it brings? YES |
What does twenty-twenty hold?
Well, I will be staffing the Primary Health Care School, so
spending three months teaching and disciplining, and then going on outreach and applying all we've learned!
Just like I did in
twenty-nineteen, except this time I get to help disciple!
For 2020 there are other possibilities of me going on outreach
with my ministry or staffing other schools that I’m praying over. For the PHC outreach we don't know where we're going yet, but I'm currently trusting for $6,079USD, the outreach
will be from the end of March to mid of June. This number will cover flights, transport,
accommodation, food, and getting any medical equipment we need there. It also
covers keeping my housing in Perth, and the staff school I’m doing! I’m
trusting for it to come in before March 14th. I’d love for you to
give and support me as I help train God fearing healthcare workers in the world-
paypal.
I also wanted to thank everyone who has supported, prayed and encouraged me over the last three years, it has been an incredible journey. I love to take y'all with me into this next year, let me know if you'd like to
